The process typically includes:
Initial Consultation & Assessment
Each leak is unique. A custom solution is developed based on the pipe’s size, material, contents, pressure, and temperature.
Material & Bracket Preparation
Leak-sealing compounds are selected based on the situation. If required, specialized brackets are custom-manufactured.
Sealing the Leak
The sealant is applied while the system remains operational. Brackets are installed if needed to secure the seal. These may be removed later or left in place long-term.
Post-Sealing Monitoring
The sealed area is monitored regularly to ensure long-term effectiveness and safety.
We use proprietary leak-sealing compounds formulated in-house.
These compounds handle a wide range of leak types—steam, chemical, hydrocarbon, and gas—across extreme conditions:
Temperatures from -100°C to 800°C
Pressures up to 250 bar
All solutions are developed, tested, and manufactured at ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities.
No shutdowns required – operations continue uninterrupted
Minimized energy loss and environmental impact
Enhanced safety by preventing escalation of leaks
Rapid response and customizable solutions
Cost-effective compared to full system shutdown or replacement
Compliance with international standards (ASME PCC-2)
This solution is ideal for systems with pressurized pipelines carrying fluids or gases in:
Refineries
Power plants
Petrochemical facilities
Water treatment plants
Manufacturing industries
